Day 1: Cusco – PM city tour and archaeological park.
Arrival in the city of Cusco. You will receive assistance and be transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy a fascinating tour that showcases the pre-Hispanic and colonial legacy of Cusco. Begin with a visit to Koricancha, the ancient Temple of the Sun dedicated to the Inca god Inti, upon which the current Convent of Santo Domingo was built. Then, marvel at the beauty of Cusco’s main square, where we will visit the cathedral, one of the city's most important colonial treasures, featuring beautiful altars, paintings from the Cusco School, and intricate wood carvings. Continue exploring the outskirts of the city with a visit to the impressive fortress of Sacsayhuamán, known for its massive, perfectly fitted stone walls. Then visit Qenqo, a ceremonial center carved in rock believed to have been used for rituals and mummification, followed by Puka Pukará, an ancient military lookout point, and finally Tambomachay, known as the "Baths of the Inca," famous for its water channels and fountains, possibly used for water worship.

Day 2: Cusco / Sacred Valley of the Incas
Embark on an unforgettable journey through the Sacred Valley of the Incas, a place of stunning natural beauty and deep historical significance. Your first stop is the charming village of Pisac, where you'll explore its famous artisan market filled with handmade goods such as jewelry, ceramics, and textiles. Then head up the mountain to visit the archaeological site of Pisac, known for its agricultural terraces and Inca temples, with breathtaking views of the valley. Continue to Urubamba, the heart of the Sacred Valley, and enjoy a buffet lunch at a local hacienda-style restaurant (drinks not included), featuring traditional Andean dishes. In the afternoon, discover the fortress of Ollantaytambo, a key site of Inca resistance against the Spanish. Stroll through its cobblestone streets and climb the steps of the fortress to admire the enormous stone constructions and sweeping views of the region.

Day 3: Sacred Valley / Machu Picchu / Cusco
Experience one of the most extraordinary wonders of the world: Machu Picchu. Your adventure begins with a transfer to the train station, where you will board one of the most scenic trains through the Andean highlands into the lush cloud forest, arriving at the charming town of Aguas Calientes. From there, a bus will take you up the winding road to the top of the mountain, where the spectacular citadel of Machu Picchu awaits—one of the New Seven Wonders of the Modern World. Take your time exploring this majestic site, walking through its pathways and hidden corners, and admiring the architectural brilliance of the Incas. After your guided visit, descend to Aguas Calientes to enjoy a pleasant lunch. At the scheduled time, you will take the train back to Cusco, carrying with you unforgettable memories.
